Summary
One of the aims of this thesis was to study the issues of multi-criteria analysis and applied it to the extension Arc Urban Planner. This program was created at the Palacky University in Olomouc in 2013 as a more sophisticated version compared to the previous version made in 2009.
Program allows based on spatial analysis to calculate the potential landscape and to select optimal locations for development of the area.
The main goals of this work consists of determining the optimal weights of input parameters and of testing the sensitivity factors and parameters. The optimal parameter values were based on consultations with experts of discipline spatial planning and then determined using Saaty`s method.
By testing were situated 25 factors and 34 parameters. Factors have not been tested that have determined the value to 0 and the parameters that have excluded potential landscape. Also, not have been tested all interval data, only selected representative phenomena.
Outputs can be considered as a table with specified weights, text portion including tables, figures and graphs and maps comparing the different input weights.
The discussion section lists the problems that appeared when working with the extension.
