The bachelor thesis is one of the last parts of the Geography and Geoinformatics Bachelor’s degree studies at Department of Geoinformatics, Faculty of Science, Palacky University in Olomouc.
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create a cartographic project of Population Atlas of Olomouc Region in accordance with commonly used rule sof cartography.
Next task was to create a content of the atlas with mathematical elements and then analyze available data for Population of Olomouc Region. The atlas was made up as a book (it is the main output) and it is represented by an atlas dummy.
There were two worked up maps from the atlas. There are also other supplements and they were placed on CD-ROM.
