Pokročilá geolokace multimédií

This bachelor thesis (Advanced multimedia geolocation) is the conclusion of the Geoinformatics and Geography Bachelor study programme at the department of Geoinformatics, Faculty of Science, Palacky University in Olomouc.

The aim of this work was to analyze the possibility of localization and geolocation multimedia. Introduction to current web development standards. On these basis was designed web application interface for multimedia geolocation.

Dataset that include geo-located multimedia of protected landscape area Litovelské Pomoraví was created.

The primary part of the whole work is focused on describing locating and geolocation multimedia. Identify which parts of the multimedia files are suitable for incorporating location data and briefly describe the current web application and desktop application, which provides tools for locating multimedia. Finally, practical usage of geolocation in a different kind of industries.

The practical part is aimed at the creation of the final application. Explanation step by step, processing data and entering information into the map.
