Summary

The diploma thesis focuses on the identification of water pools, as potential mosquito hatcheries, in the region of protected landscape area Litovelské Pomoraví. The identification is created from photos of remote sensing and sequential assembly spatial analysis from these data. The purpose is creating of a support system which enables reduction of mosquito population in the area. The individual aims of the work are creation and preparation of data for system of mobile and web applications, testing of applications and correct interaction with database. The next goal is the identification of new water pools and flows from aerial shots. In conclusion there are done spatial analysis , that are concentrated on further use in fight against considerable incidence of mosquitoes. The entire processes are conceived in the way to enable their usage repeatedly in the future. This is the reason why the result of this work are also three prototypes created in the application ModelBuilder apart from the results of analyses and new data sets of pools. The main created model is the prediction of field slums model from Digital model of terrain which seeks after lowered places in relief in the flooded area of waterway, where the accumulation of water and sequential precipitate hatching of mosquitoes can occur.
