The project has three main objectives. The first one is the modern documentation and description of less known noble residences in Central Moravia. By modern documentation and description, we mean thorough documentation of visible and subsurface relics, non-destructive archaeological prospection with geophysical measurements, creation of photogrammetric models and 3D reconstruction of some noteworthy objects. The second objective is to analyse in detail the available information such as maps, plans, archival materials, results of research in immobile cultural monuments and archaeological excavations. The last goal of the project is to publish and present all the findings in the form of an exhibition with a critical catalogue, a web portal with interactive thematic maps and a specialized public database with the possibility of searching, selecting and filtering information. These outputs should ensure the impact of the project and its results in the application sphere.
Project objectives are (1) To document and describe in a modern way especially the less known objects in the selected area: photogrammetry, 3D reconstruction, geophysical measurements, archaeological prospection. (2) To critically analyse available information, maps, plans and archival materials about noble residences in the selected area: archival and historical research. (3) To present the project results in the form of an exhibition with a critical catalogue, a website with interactive maps and a specialized public database and to ensure their impact in the application sphere (to be verified by an ongoing analysis of the use of the results).
